Financial Policies

We make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care.  Our policy is to request payment at the time of your dental treatment.  We have several methods of payment available, and we will be happy to discuss every procedure and fee before we start.  An extensive treatment program will require an in depth consultation with the doctor and a discussion of definitive financial arrangements with a member of our front office staff.  If your treatment requires care of an outside specialist such as a Periodontist, Endodontist, Orthodontist , or Oral Surgeon, please remember that separate financial arrangements will be made with you by that office.

Dental Insurance

We will be glad to process your insurance forms as a courtesy.  Our computer system is capable of estimating the portion your insurance will cover, and our billing statements will reflect this.  Due to the large number of insurance companies and their periodic contract changes, we constantly try to keep our estimates as accurate as possible.  Most insurance companies will not cover 100% of all dental expenses.  Please understand that dental insurance is a contract between the patient and the insurance carrier, and not between the insurance carrier and the dentist.  The patient is still the responsible party regarding dental fees.
